To be fair, aren't those companies just victims of IV's patent shakedowns rather than IV co-conspirators?
- alecco 15y agoIV is like Microsoft's (and IBM's perhaps) frankenstein.
- technoslut 15y agoIt's fair to say they're both. By these companies and institutions backing down, they exacerbated the problem.
