I was waiting for the crypto crowd to do something like this. It's the ultimate dumb move for somebody who won the lottery (either real or figurative) When things go well the public falls in love with the players, when things go south the owners are the first in line of the firing squad . Fans , media, talk show hosts...they get attacked by everybody, maybe only the coach has it worse but at least he can leave.
