- tthun 5y agoif you implement a Digital Signature over eSignature, this issue goes away - both parties can get a copy of the signed document and never be manipulated
- jspaetzel 5y agoThere's different levels of e-signatures, for various circumstances. The most sophisticated includes having an agent video chat with you and verify your identity when signing. If that won't hold up, then you'll probably have problems with an in person wet signature too.
