I like Rorty because he writes clearly. Don't agree with him about anything though. It's worth noting that Rorty's pragmatism is not C.S. Peirce's pragmatism (Peirce repudiated James in his lifetime). Skeptical philosophy is not new (article makes it seem like it is). Also, for someone who "abandoned philosophy" (and truth...), Rorty sure spent a lot of time arguing about it.
