94% of Searches Happen on a Google Property
- ssss11 5y agoWhile google search is the best search engine, I’d like to see research on what % of the large google search pie piece is simply non-tech savvy people who have never changed the default. As an example, my folks think google search is the browser and vice versa. They have no idea what a browser is (despite having 2 installed and on the taskbar). They don’t realise the difference between typing a url and searching in that box. And frankly they don’t care.
