Regarding 2, I wasn't aware that it could be changed to do real Dom elements too. I will look into changing the renderer. Because canvas based pages are basically useless for browser (right click to copy link/open in new tab, accessibility etc don't work). The size is huge too as you mentioned. How are flutter apps for iOS and android in terms of size btw? Do they have the same size problem as web?
