In India covid infections and deaths peaked in early May, when this article was published. Linking the decline to Ivermectin is a stretch. Most of the studies that found a strong correlation between covid and Ivermectin have been revealed as spurious. Ringworm infection in tropical climates really is a concern so if you live in India it's probably a good idea to take preventative medicine against ringworms anyway. But there doesn't appear to be any genuine correlation with covid beyond general good health because your body isn't fighting a virus on top of fighting parasites.
