"Interest-free"? Maybe in the technical sense, but a $4 fee on the minimum $35 purchase for a six week loan is a pretty honkin' high effective rate.
If I didn't mess up the inputs, the calculator at https://www.calculatorsoup.com/calculators/financial/apr-calculator.php https://www.calculatorsoup.com/calculators/financial/apr-cal... says this is equivalent to a 163.2642% APR.
Granted, the effective rate will be considerably less for larger purchases.
