If you've were happy with your duck, next year try goose. Or you can make one for xmas when it's more traditional. I know most americans prefer mashed over roasted potatoes, but potatoes done in goose fat is one of those little pleasures in life that is unparalleled!
- Larrikin 5y agoI have a comment on goose elsewhere in this thread. It's just prohibitively expensive everywhere I've seen it, but would love to try it.
