- evolve2k 5y agoJust reviewed the articles of incorporation and the bi laws. I can see the problem. The bilaws state that the foundation has no members. So there’s no accountability mechanism around the performance of the board. I’d suggest the conversation we need to have is towards adding voting members to the foundation and its bilaws.
