- MontagFTB 5y agoDeep frying is the way to go. There are many electric fryers out there built specifically for turkeys that make it a very straightforward operation. Going into frying two years ago with zero experience, we’ve had nothing but success. I recommend the process to anyone looking for a delicious turkey. It also cooks in a fraction of the time, and leaves the oven open to prepare other dishes.
