- kspacewalk2 5y agoYep, Canada does this. Carbon tax revenues are returned as rebates. If you "do the right thing" and reduce your fossil fuel usage, you get back more than you paid in taxes. Canada's tax is far too minuscule to make a big difference, but the design itself is very good.
