I agree with what you are saying, it's essential to do non-screen stuff to remind ourselves we are still human.
- burntoutfire 5y agoHah, for me drawing often _creates_ anxiety. Usually that happens when what I drew is not good as I'd expect, or not as good as things I've already drawn in the past. I also don't enjoy the early stages of doing the drawing (measurements, getting major proportions right). Maybe I just shouldn't draw :)
