When I went to return them they were almost 10% cheaper then when I bought them except Lowes had also snuck in a monstrous $100 shipping fee that I didn't notice at the time meaning and which was non refundable meaning I probably paid 30% above retail because I so desperately needed these tools that I wasn't ready to use.
