I have this idea that, unless it is very rapid like in Greg Bear’s Blood music, it isn’t going to be very noticeable if you are on the inside if the change. You may notice the change, but just be caught up with it and think it is relatively normal.
- AnimalMuppet 5y agoI think of the singularity as things going to infinity (or virtually infinity) in finite time. That means that the rate of change has to also go to infinity. That's going to be hard to miss.
