  Given that this is hacker news, "build" doesn't just mean "compile an app that others have provided for you." It also means build the application, as in, here is an effort that is in progress to create something, and would you like to lend a hand.

    True, but in the context of "Jealous of Windows users and their Google Chrome?" it is certainly misleading.
