Does anyone know if Samsung's 3nm and TSMC's 3nm are the same? I recall different fabs measure differently.
- jpgvm 5y agoThey have long since become disconnected from feature size. They are more just for progression/naming purposes now. I think these 2 are similar in performance with TSMC with a slight edge from memory.
