Sysadmin of four campuses sounds like a job that requires more than one sysadmin. Being a sysadmin is pretty much like herding the sheep, it's 24/7 job. Something breaks in christmas eve, you have to fix it. Something breaks in the friday evening you have to fix it. This is a job that needs multiple people in long run usually.
