Finding lower stakes situations in which you can practice is key.
- spion 5y agoWhich, to be perfectly honest is pretty hard these days. Used to be easier - you could pick some hobby or two you're somewhat interested in (could be anything, yoga, board games, hacklabs...) and go socialize with others
