Why not have equal representation on the board in the first place. Seems like someone thought, how can we solve this by stirring up as much controversy as possible.
- anandrew 5y agoWould equal representation achieve a 50/50 split? The article doesn't say, but I am skeptical that the part of southern Ontario covered by this union is 50% "Indigenous, Black or racialized".
