    When all the records are digital, centralized, and used for access to daily life, it becomes a dictators wet dream. Alter a line of code, destroy a life. Turnkey is the more important word than totalitarianism. Why put such power and control all in one place? Our Christian culture has a parable for this situation. In revelations, it talks about the mark of the beast. Obviously that isn't true. But the moral of the story is true. Humans shouldn't be branded. Digital or now.
