- ncallaway 5y agoHalting construction of a single pipeline is not a “ban on all new pipelines” A single pipeline under construction is sufficient to demonstrate that there is not a blanket ban. A single pipeline under construction being shutdown is not sufficient to demonstrate the existence of a blanket ban.
