- dashundchen 5y agoContext is limited, but selling oil out of a reserve isn't increasing U.S. oil output.
- glenstein 5y agoIt would depend on the context. I think you could reasonably say you can't wave a wand to change domestic oil production and also say you can use the strategic reserve, which I don't think has much of anything to do with production. Those don't seem to obviously contradict each other.
