Where’s this? You take a pill with each serving of dairy. I usually carry a strip of 3 or 6 individually packaged pills if I’m out for the day. Each pouch has an expiration date on it, and that’s at least a couple of years, so I leave stashes in the car, camera bag, friends’ houses, wherever.
Even taking 3 or 4 on some days, you’re still right, the cost isn’t much of an issue.
- ihumanable 5y agoApologies if my original comment wasn't clear. Fast-acting Lactase is something you take with every serving of dairy. The Bactose product that this post is about says the following "Long lasting effects Bactose™ will continue to thrive digesting lactose for the whole month, individual results may vary." I was trying to say that the Bactose product's "long-lasting" claim falls a bit flat when you realize it only lasts a month. If I could take some pills for a week and then be set for 6-months or a year, yea, I might drop $40 on it.
