I seriously can't fathom at all how anyone could be in favor of lockdowns still.
- beebmam 5y agoIt's working in China, one of the only countries that has actual success with their COVID policy.

- Leary 5y agoName one person who died from Covid in China in 2021. You can't.
- AnimalMuppet 5y agoI can't name one person who died from Covid in Azerbaijan, either, but that doesn't mean there weren't any.
- sofixa 5y agoDo they not do their job ( temporarily limiting the spread of the virus)? There are tradeoffs, sure, but they are very effective and sometimes necessary (e.g. you have exponential growth in cases and hospitalisations, and predict that soon ICUs will be full - do you do nothing or do you lockdown?)
