Even for stateful apps, I reach for FastAPI now. It's just so expressive. For the "full stack bits" there are plenty of libraries, it's just a little work to stitch them together.     I'm not sure if you're being disingenuous or not. I use Jinja in both Flask and FastAPI, so it'd be hard to say one is "better" at that single task.
