"You want loyalty? Get a dog." Seriously, employers who start with that "loyalty" thing... eeeuwhh... just run. Away. It's a business relationship, not family nor friends. The loyalty you'll get from an employer... doesn't exist. Why should they anticipate any from us? BTW, that opening line above... I once quoted it directly to my manager during the 6-month assessment interview. Need I mention that my increase/bonus was a little lean that year. :O
