I have a question. How do those people live? Speaking of Canada, basic necessities like shelter, food and clothing are very expensive. For example, one can rent a 600ft2 apartment in close suburbs of Quebec city for 700CAD/month, 8400CAD/year. You can't go much lower except by having roommates.
