Flexport recently interviewed me for a PM role despite lack of any degree and a few years of experience. I imagine they require a customs broker to have a degree for regulatory purposes, but if you want to go fully into tech, a degree isn't really a requirement. (It may still be best to show growth, but there's plenty of other ways to do that).
