I did RMA it once. The new one had the same issue and it took a month to get to me. So I didn't want to go through that again. The coil whine also only happens on certain games. Most of the time there isn't any

Make sure you take the case cover off and get a paper towel roll and put it up to your ear. See if the sound actually is the GPU or the PSU. I've had this a time or two, swore it was the GPU and it wasn't. RMA'd the PSU and my "GPU coil whine" was gone.
