I only buy from amazon when I suspect that I might need to send back an item (electronics mostly at this point). Their customer-service and almost no-question-asked return policy is day-and-night compared to other local (big and small) retailers. And for that alone I keep playing for Prime and even slightly more expensive things on amazon.
