even if you mean texans collectively decide what their social contract is, they don't, it is determined before them. it's what they were collectively born into.
- Eelongate 5y agoIt was created by Texans, and will continue to be created by Texans. Asking them to defer to the opinions of dead French philosophers is beyond inane.
