Complex shapes don't stack well, requiring added trips for distribution and delivery, and warehousing these shapes would be terribly inefficient. Space efficiency is one of the things that keeps prefab stick-built walls from being cost competitive with site built. Several times as many unassembled walls will fit on a truck than assembled.
