Every time I see an article like this, all I can think about is how a robust rapid transit system could ease so much of this. I know I'm oversimplifying it, but a bullet train could operate between SF and Sacramento in ~30 minutes. Everything on the other side of the hills of the East Bay feels inaccessible when it should be integrated.
- verdverm 5y agoHave you see what Las Vegas is doing? Rapid mass transit at zero cost to the city or tax payers. Payed for by the operators and users.
