Easily said. Recall that the Kremlin has its hand on the thermostat of most of Europe, and winter is now upon us.
- alkonaut 5y agoIndeed. So any such agreement obviously involves massive investments in energy, buying US LNG, and countries that aren’t dependent on Russian gas agreeing to subsidize those that do short term.
