You probably don’t even need that much! As long as you don’t mind using modern IO devices, a (emulated) VT100 connected to a UART would be historically accurat

As long as you don’t mind using modern IO devices, a (emulated) VT100 connected to a UART would be historically accurate. You could even bit-bang the serial port with a couple GPIOs.
