Americans Must Answer Four Questions Before Confronting China
- simonblack 5y agoThe last time the US confronted China in a war, The US was the most powerful military in the World and the Chinese were poorly-equipped infantry. The Chinese pushed the Americans back to the 38th Parallel. Today, the US taking on China would be like the Japanese of 1942 taking on the US of 1942. The Japanese couldn't replace their losses of ships, planes, etc because they didn't have the manufacturing capacity of the US of 1942. China today is the US of 1942, the US today is the Japan of 1942. But as Dirty Harry once said, "Go ahead. Make my day."
