I held my breath as I vaguely remember something about memtest86 causing hardware issues back in the day but I am not sure if I am remembering it correctly.
- bsder 5y agomemtest86 doesn't cause issues but it sure finds them. You can have a computer that is nominally "working fine" and memtest86 can still find issues. And, to be fair, memtest86 was always right.
