Ever wonder how to make your own? I did and its so easy and cheap, just need a few minerals, some charcoal or activated carbon, and if you have sediment in you water you'll want a filter for that too. Mine was AC filtered for clean flavor, added magnesium for health and taste, if you are DIY give it a try, experiment with the speed you want to filter water too, I think most of the time the filters are overkill. I am a fan of zero water and their impurity meters too, they are included and seems to be the best tasting of the generic water filters. If you leave filters out it also grows a weird taste unfortunately even though its not "finished", lots of little quirks with these things!
