I couldn't find exact questions that were asked which leads me to doubting their statistics for colleges, colleges provide wide variety of education, if the participants perception of college is only applicable to non-engineering fields then I would see religious bias in their answers. If the question explicitly asks about their perception of science and engineering degrees in college I would imagine every corner of the world would vote positively.
