Uniswap v3 recently added support for 1bps (0.01%) pools. You can see here [1] that the usdt/usdc 1bps pool is their 3rd most popular tool if you sort by 24hr volume. And their popular pools are generally 5 bps. Due to the nature of x*y=k pools, the spread would just be 2x the fee (but increases based on how much you transact vs how much liquidity there is).
