As far as I understand, the users could not open the app at all - because it could not connect to Teslas servers.
- tyingq 5y agoInteresting. Seems like that would be an everyday issue...plenty of dead spots in cell coverage, underground parking garages, etc. Or perhaps they check for "no network", but not "network is there, endpoint is borked".
- cloudwalking 5y agoThe Bluetooth unlock worked fine during this outage. The only feature unavailable was “remote unlock/start” where the user is not within Bluetooth range of the car.
