Not the same. I honestly cannot hear differences between audiophile quality headphones or interconnects.
The typing experience of Topres' is noticeable whether you come from domes or mechanical keyboards. They feel in-between. I have arthritis in my right pinky. A 35g topre keyboard is perfect. (I also tried 35g mechanical switches but it did not feel as smooth).
- DennisP 5y agoInteresting, maybe I have a heavier Topre. Sore finger joints are why I went mech, which solved the issue once I learned to type without bottoming out. That ended up feeling pretty fast, too. With my Topre, I wasn't able to do that, and even though it feels pretty cushiony at the bottom it still left me with some soreness. But maybe it's just too heavy. What keyboard did you get?
