As much as I’d like them not to lose, they are going to have a hard time here, since they basically disassembled the whole game and posted it on GitHub.

- rsj_hn 5y agoso that's not a good idea, but being able to post your own patch code as well as patch instructions should be protected, IMO.
- wiliaonson 5y agoYes, it should be protected as they are the ones that did it to themselves.

- Grazester 5y agoWasn't the same done with Mario 64? Nintendo is the most litigious game company and they couldn't/haven't done anything about it. But then again I believe someone on here said they was a difference between how the two are done.
