Yes, but why can you still smoke whilst driving (providing it is your car not being used for business)? Seems incredible this has not been made illegal too.

- hmrr 5y agoVery good point. My mother in law totalled her car when she dropped a cigarette on the floor when she was driving. Fortunately no one else involved.
- opless 5y agoBeing distracted whilst driving is literally the definition of "driving without due care and attention", and explicit law doesn't actually make any difference, apart from sentencing.
