Apparently, the FDA itself already mandates this: FDA’s own regulations stipulates that the agency “is to make ‘immediately available’ all documents underlying licensure of a vaccine." But why would they want to (seemingly) hide something in this case, where they usually would publish to the public 'immediately'?
