are you at a FAANG-tier company? I'm not and never have been, but would say I'm quite well-paid, and this is absolutely not my experience. They pay a lot because it's work nobody wants to do.
- monocasa 5y agoEh, a better model I've found in the general case is negotiating strength. In that model the people who were perceived to not be able to get a better salary also get shit work to do.
