Im only familiar with houseplants and not trees, but for houseplants the tap water may contain chemicals/metals that brown the edges of leaves.
People say to filter tap water, or supposedly leaving it out overnight works somehow.
- errcorrectcode 5y agoSounds like reducing chloramines (the smell of chlorine isn't from chlorine). I may do like I do for hydroponics: mix half tap and half RO water.
