This sounds like an IBM “Cloud” experience a client once had.
No, I’ve never had this happen to me because I’ve taken care not to host with absolute clowns. It’s time for you to find a provider that isn’t molten garbage.

- jiscariot 5y agoIt was them--They are still at it. We were an IBM heavy shop (WAS, DB2) so someone thought it would be a good to host with them--we are slowly getting rid of all of that and moving to AWS. The other notable part with hosting with them is losing DNS for sometimes days at a time.
