That and VPN, coffee shop, shared internet, etc etc. I don't get the point of needing an IP of a signed document either. Hell, you can draw a penis with your arm pit and call that your signature and federally it would be true... so maybe they have some niche (with strange ethics) requirements. Maybe they're dealing with massive amounts of anti-fraud stuffs.
